  1.   2. In matters relating to your data, you should contact the Controller directly or an employee authorised to process personal data;
  3. The data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out business transactions between the entrepreneur and the customer (consumer), contractors, cooperating parties as well as for commercial and advertising purposes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data, i.e. based on Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Personal data may also be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
  4. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfil the intended purpose and cooperation with the Controller, including the conclusion and performance of the contract. Failure to provide data may result in refusal to enter into a contract or failure to perform the contract.
  5. Your personal data may be shared with other recipients. The Controller indicates the following categories of recipients of personal data: accounting offices, courier and postal service providers, legal service providers. Data will be provided on the basis of contracts concluded with these entities for personal data processing outsourcing services.
  6. The data will be stored for a period connected to the exercise of rights resulting from a legal act, including tax and accounting obligations, however, not longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data are processed. Excessive data will be systematically deleted in such a way that no further use is possible.
  7. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  8. You have the right to access and rectify, erase, restrict processing of your data, and the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent shall not affect processing performed up to the time of withdrawal of consent.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, in case of any irregularities in the processing and protection of personal data.
  10. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
  11. Please be informed that, pursuant to Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you are entitled to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if this is the case, to obtain access to it.Please also be informed that, pursuant to Article 15(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Controller may charge a fee based on administrative costs for any subsequent copies of your personal data.If the data subject requests a copy by electronic means and does not indicate otherwise, the information shall be provided by commonly used electronic means.
